Ken Siege
Bio:

Ken Siegel

Born in New Jersey, Ken attended Lehigh University getting degrees in chemistry and electrical engineering. Ken used his technical skills in several technology startup firms as a senior software architect. Also concentrating on Internet hardware and software development. Throughout it all, Ken maintained his keen fascination with old-style diners and restaurants. He is going so far as to build a replica of a 1937 Worcester car diner in his basement at his home. Ken was an owner of 7 Popeye’s restaurants in the Boston area before selling them in 2015. He continues to love the restaurant industry and enthusiastically partnered to purchase Ipswich Clambake in 2018. Ken loves working at the restaurant with his wife Malinda and making customers happy with great food and service.

Joe Ravida

Joe is a 40 year veteran of the food service industry and a graduate of the culinary program at Newbury College. Married for 10 years to his wife Kim and a lover of his two Burmese Mountain Dogs (Bruin and Blades). Joe brings his experience to work with him every day to ensure that both the restaurant and catering division delivers high quality food, in a clean environment with exceptional service.

Amanda Means is our Director of Catering and Events and with over 20 years’ experience in catering she anticipates your every need. She works tirelessly to ensure that all our events from the smallest back yard clambake to a 300-guest wedding are executed flawlessly. Amanda brings her passion and expertise into work everyday so she can plan the perfect menu for your occasion.
