Malinda’s Asian Dishes:

Malinda was born in Cambodia and grew up during the Khmer Rouge occupation made famous in the movie “The Killing Fields.” She learned to cook Asian food from a very young age. She escaped Cambodia with her family and fled eventually to the Philippines where she lived in a refugee camp for several years before coming to the US in 1984. Malinda speaks 5 languages and has acquired experience across a broad variety of Asian cuisines. She has put together a menu featuring many of these fantastic dishes for Ipswich Clambake. Besides being unique and delicious, many of these dishes can satisfy those with gluten free or Vegan diets.
